The history of Peter Ball
We’ve been selling homes since 1993 when we opened our first office, and haven't stopped extending our services and developing our people. Many of our team are members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), and our company is a part of the Royal Institute for Chartered Surveyors (RICS), helping to ensure all our clients benefit from the highest levels of expertise.

At Peter Ball, Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) are responsibilities we take very seriously. As part of the Leaders Romans Group, we want to be transparent to our clients about the way we do things as a company.
Environmental
One of the key areas that we are heavily invested in is sustainability and our impact on the environment. We're proud to say we have been carbon neutral since 2022, reaching our target 8 years early. Social
At Peter Ball, we want our staff to feel like they can enjoy a long-term career. We have an extensive list of in-house training courses, and we also provide career frameworks. It’s of the utmost importance to us that equality, diversity, and inclusion are at the forefront of everyone’s minds, and we have an internal training course on this which all staff have to take. Achievements and promotions are celebrated all year round, including our quarterly awards ceremonies.
Not only do we aim to help and support each other, but also the wider community. Many of our team members live in the area that they work and it is very important to us to give back to charities and the communities where we have a presence.
Governance
We take the management of our customers data very seriously and protect it via robust data protection policies. We have a strong data protection team in place headed up by our own in-house Data Protection Officer.
Regulations in the property industry are ever-changing. We proactively keep on top of these, not only to ensure we can prepare but to make sure we can help our clients prepare and be compliant too.

We had previously dealt with Peter Ball (Charlton Kings) and had found them to be excellent. This time, we had had a property on the market via another estate agent for almost a year and could not understand why it was sticking. We switched to PB (Leckhampton) who within a week had not only arranged more viewings than the original agent had managed in a year, but within 3 weeks of appointment secured a sale. With special thanks to Ricardo for a realistic valuation, top quality presentation of the property and for being a pleasure to deal with.
Peter Ball were recommended to me as experienced in the marketing of retirement flats. From my initial contact with their Team I received courteous, considered and constructive advice as to how best to market my deceased relative's flat and in a timely manner. Throughout the selling process, and during the period it took to complete the sale, their Team were frequently in communication, and once a sale had been agreed they were especially attentive to keep the ball rolling up to the moment completion took place. My experience with Peter Ball has been amazing from start to finish. Ricardo was the first point of contact who came and valued my property and took the photos. He was warm and professional and did an excellent job. Julian the Office Manager is extremely helpful, sold my property very quickly and was excellent at communication and helping me find a property to move to. Dionne the Move Manager, she went above and beyond. She kept my sale together, when unfortunately I had a below par solicitor. If it hadn’t been for her, I believe the whole chain would have collapsed. I cannot recommend this Estate Agents enough. I would not use anyone else. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel like I just had to because they have been so brilliant. They are not your typical estate agents. A huge thank you!!!
Stefan was incredibly professional, engaging and willing to listen about what we knew about our house to then feed that into the sales cycle. A superb effort by the whole team to sell our house in a tricky climate. Tori did an amazing job with fantastic professional photos, virtual video tour and viewings while Charlie proactively kept me up-to-date with upcoming viewings and the required feedback from those viewings.
