In most recent years, Bishops Cleeve has seen a large growth in property development, with plenty of new homes being constructed in recent years.
Whilst Bishops Cleeve sits on the outskirts of Cheltenham, the heart of the town is only a 10 or so minute drive away, so it still benefits from all that Cheltenham has to offer, with the addition of being somewhat removed from the the action.
