Making house-hunting a joy

It's been a busy summer here at Peter Ball & Co and as a result, we've received lots of lovely 'thank you' letters and emails from happy vendors and homebuyers alike. This wonderful letter really stands-out, however, as it was handwritten and addressed to Peter who said he couldn't remember the last time he'd personally received a 'thank you' that acknowledged the amazing work of one of his team.  

It just goes to show that a little good old-fashioned courtesy and genuine customer-service really can - and does - make all the difference.



 If all estate agents were as professional, articulate and knowledgeable, what a joy house-hunting could be
