Peter Ball & Co 'tour' Canada

Peter Ball & Co 'tour' Canada

At the end of July, 67 students from Cheltenham's Bournside School embarked on a seven day sports tour of Toronto.  And family-run estate agent, Peter Ball & Co, were delighted to 'accompany' them via sponsorship of their all-important kit bags!

We have a long-standing tradition of supporting our local schools and we were delighted to be able to sponsor Bournside's sports stars this summer.

Students from years 9, 10 and 11, comprising 32 rugby players and 35 netball players took part in the once-in-a-lifetime tour which saw them enjoy a few days sightseeing around Toronto and playing two fixtures.

They then went out to Lake Ontario for a night camping before visiting Niagara Falls and then returning to Toronto to watch the Blue Jays Baseball team.

PE teacher, Rebecca Stickland, said: "The students had a fantastic time and have made some lifelong memories. We thank Peter Ball very much for their support of our tour and for sponsoring us."
