Tenant Fees

Before You Move In

Refundable Holding Deposit  Equivalent to 1 week's rent.
To allow for the property to be withdrawn from the market.
At the start of the tenancy this can be offset against the security deposit.

At the Start of Your Tenancy

Rent 1 month's rent paid in advance
Security Deposit Equivalent to 5 week's rent
This will be protected in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and may be returned at the end of the tenancy
