Tenant Fees

Before You Move In

Tenancy Agreement Fee (tenant share) £100 (plus VAT) £120 (inc VAT) - Contract negotiation (amending and agreeing terms) and arranging the tenancy and agreement.
Reference Fee £100 (plus VAT) £120 (inc VAT) per tenant. Processing the application and referencing including right to rent checks.
Guarantor Fee £100 (plus VAT) £120 (inc VAT) per guarantor (if required) covering referencing and the Deed of Guarantee as part of the tenancy agreement.
Security Deposit Equivalent to one month's rent + £100 per adult (unless otherwise agreed). 
This will be protected in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and may be returned at the end of the tenancy.
Pet Deposit £100 per pet on top of your Deposit (as listed above)(unless otherwise agreed).
To cover the added risk of property damage.
This will be protected with your deposit in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and may be returned at the end of the tenancy.

Ending Your Tenancy
